We are a small family-run business with a simple mission: to help everyday people find money that’s rightfully theirs. We didn’t start out in finance or refunds. In fact, Refundly began when we found some money in our name that had been left unclaimed — money we didn’t even know. We’d moved house, life got busy, and somehow it slipped through the cracks. How much is this going to cost me?

There are no upfront costs. Our fee is only charged once your refund has been successfully processed. It’s calculated as a percentage of the recovered amount, so you’ll never pay more than what you receive. We don’t get paid unless you do.
